Assar Family Christmas Trip to Brekenridge, CO 2016!

Back in 2016, we had an Assar family vacation in Breckenridge, CO for the Christmas holidays!  The whole trip was pretty novel for all of us in that we hadn't been on a vacation together in a very long time, we hadn't been to Breckenridge before, and it was the boys' first time skiing!  Krish absolutely loved skiing and can't wait to go again some day! It was definitely an exciting trip, and the town of Breckenridge is very fun and festive during the winter holidays!

In addition to skiing for two days, we also went to a snow park in Frisco to go snow tubing down the mountain (Arjun's favorite activity), had some yummy crepes at Crepes A La Carte, had an awesome fondue experience at an authentic Swiss fondue restaurant, met with our school friends, the Trans, for dinner, played with Aneka Foi, built a snowman, had snowman hot chocolate, played White Elephant for our Christmas gift exchange and played lots of Mafia at night!  Even Krish played Mafia and loved it!

Before we left Dallas, Krish and Arjun baked cookies for our neighborhood gatehouse guards and delivered it to them!

Overall, we all enjoyed getting to spend quality family time together in the mountains and in our cozy cabin!  We are looking forward to another great family ski vacation in the mountains soon!
